Standard Delivery: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch
The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include the separate 1–3 business day processing period.
Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, destination, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures where applicable, or other circumstances outside normal delivery operations.
9. Free Shipping
Eligible orders with an order value of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Any applicable geographic restrictions, exclusions, or unavailable shipping options will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Promotional or temporary shipping offers may be subject to separate terms disclosed at the time of the promotion.
10. Fulfillment Origin
Orders placed through Nestavixo are fulfilled from China.
Depending on inventory availability, destination, and operational requirements, orders may be processed through our own facilities or fulfillment partners.
We do not represent orders as being shipped from a United States warehouse unless that is specifically stated for the applicable order.
11. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations where available.
International delivery times vary depending on factors such as:

- customs clearance;
- local carrier operations;
- public holidays;
- import requirements; and
- transportation conditions.
Because these factors differ substantially between destinations, we do not provide one fixed delivery timeframe that applies to all international orders.

International delivery estimates do not include our separate 1–3 business day processing period.
